'Light Nights:

The Writing on the Wall'

131 Design commissioned to create artwork for Westbury Manor

"In June 1944, just before D-Day, the streets of Fareham were full of soldiers - Canadian, American and British. They were waiting for the order to 'Go' - to cross the channel and land on the beaches of Normandy. They did not know when or where they were going....but as the final plans were drawn by Eisenhower and Montgomery at nearby Southwick House, the troops connected with the people of Fareham and with local children in the school on Osborne Road, now the Ashcroft Arts Centre. The Writing on the Wall is inspired by these events and by the permanent legacy that these events have left behind in Fareham"

Graphic Design

Graphic Design  in Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK for all print and web based applications, for  your marketing & communication requirements.

Graphic Design must be one of the most broadly used terms in advertising and marketing.  At 131, we would define it as visual communication using images and words.  This could be for almost any product, any size, on any material for almost any purpose, for example as an advert, 50ft banner, favicon or a box of cereal.

We have a lot of experience working across a broad range of industries and business sectors, enabling us to offer you a credible and considered portfolio of ideas that are realistically achievable, affordable and effective.

There’re not many projects that don’t require some form of graphics and we can design with your existing visual identity and branding or devise a totally new and unique look.  At 131 we appreciate that our designs have to
work for you and your products, not overwhelm them with fancy devices, two minute trends or heavy style.
